$13.
50-14.
50/hour depending on the department.
Individuals must be willing to work a 12-hour shift.
Job Requirements:
Monitors and controls material in the work area, complying with company and OSHA safety rules and regulations Observes the lines to maintain efficient production and alerts machine operators to issues Observes all aspects of the area to make sure that material moves freely and accurately through the line Uses cleaning tools frequently to keep area free of trip hazards Adjusts equipment for new product line and performs troubleshooting to deliver quality in operations About You:
Able to lift heavy objects Able to push heavy objects with the help of others or a pallet jack.
Able to ascend and descend stairs/ladders and stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
Able to work in a high noise manufacturing environment while exposed to the outside temperatures/environment.
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills Must work well independently and with others as part of a team Demonstrate physical stamina and strength Education/Training/
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
1-2 years prior experience in manufacturing preferred.
Forklift experience preferred but not required.
